Users must be at least 13 years of age to use Fiber Internet Options’s Internet sites. Those aged 13 to 18 require parental or guardian consent. Users represent that they meet the age requirements and are competent to comply with the terms. The use of access controls is recommended to manage content exposure, especially for minors.

Users must provide true and up-to-date information when registering. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and accounts. Unauthorized use must be reported to Fiber Internet Options immediately. Fiber Internet Options may take necessary actions to secure the site and accounts, including terminating accounts or changing passwords.

4. Copyright and Authorization

Fiber Internet Options provides access to various content and services, some owned by Fiber Internet Options and others by third parties. While Fiber Internet Options does not pre-screen user-generated content, it reserves the right to monitor, remove, or refuse any content that violates the terms or is objectionable. Users are responsible for the content they post and must hold necessary rights to it.

For content posted in public areas, users grant Fiber Internet Options a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content. Users also permit others to access and create derivative works from their content. Fiber Internet Options is not obligated to maintain confidentiality or post any content. Users represent and warrant that their content complies with the terms and does not cause harm.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. These links do not imply Fiber Internet Options's endorsement, and Fiber Internet Options is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Users must access linked websites at their own risk and should review the terms and policies of the third-party sites.

Third parties may offer products and services on the site. Fiber Internet Options does not control or endorse these offerings and is not responsible for their content or actions. Users are advised to review the privacy and use terms of third parties.

To prevent fraud, Fiber Internet Options may validate information or limit the quantity of products and services that can be ordered online. Fiber Internet Options reserves the right to cancel or reject orders at its discretion.
